1. Our Craft & Quality

We work with premium natural fibers like Cotton, Linen, and Silk blends.

• The Beauty of Nature: Please note that since we use high-grade natural materials, slight variations in the fabric weave or color are not "defects"—they are the signature of authentic, premium textiles.

• Photos vs. Reality: We try our best to show the exact colors, but different phone and laptop screens might show shades slightly differently.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We want you to get your KRAFT MAN pieces as soon as possible.

• Processing: Since we check every piece for quality before it leaves us, please allow [3-5] business days for your order to be dispatched.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.

3. Returns & Exchanges (The "Fair Play" Policy)

As a growing brand, we handle returns with care:

• Condition: We can only accept returns if the item is in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• Silk & Delicate Items: Because silk is so delicate, please ensure it is returned in its original protective packaging to avoid snags.

• Process: If you aren't happy with your fit, reach out to us within [7] days of delivery. We will happily offer an exchange or a store credit for your next purchase.

• Note: As we are starting out, we currently do not offer cash refunds, but we’ll make sure you find something you love!

4. Caring for your KRAFT MAN

To keep your linens crisp and your silks shining, please follow the Care Label inside the garment. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by improper washing (like putting silk in a heavy machine wash!).

5. Cancellations

Changed your mind? No worries. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we’ve likely already started packing it for you!

6. Privacy & Security

Your data is safe with us. We only use your information to process your orders and (if you opt-in) to tell you about our latest drops. We will never sell your data to anyone.
